However, it’s important to notify your guests about your payment method clearly.

You should include these details in two places:

1. Apartment Description: Clearly outline your preferred payment method in the property description so guests know in advance how they’ll be expected to pay.

2. Email After Booking Approval: Once a booking is confirmed, you’ll need to send a follow-up email to the guest, reminding them of your payment terms and providing any necessary details for completing the transaction.

This approach gives you full control over the payment process, but you are responsible for ensuring that the guest is informed in a timely and transparent manner.
